Hog and lamb roasts are rapidly becoming the most cost effective way of feeding a large number of people and now you don’t necessarily need to have someone cook it for.
Creative Cuisine, will be offering a range of services including going “The Whole Hog” the fully catered option or you can “Ham it Up” by choosing the cook it yourself service. Flexibility is the key. We can provide the whole service including service staff or you can choose to provide your own salads and desserts and we will just “Cook & Carve”. Alternatively, you may just want to “Host & Roast” where we just provide the machine and/or the meat and you cook and service yourself.
Let your creative juices flow and try something different. For smaller parties you can try Spit Roast Sirloin of Beef and remember a” “Turkey isn’t just for Christmas”. They can be enjoyed all year round and our spit roaster will guarantee to keep them nice and juicy!
As a general rule a Hog will feed between 80 and 120 people on a plate and 100 to 140 in a bun and depending on the time of year a Lamb will feed 60 – 80 people.
“The Whole Hog” – We provide the meat, a chef and all of the accompaniments that you want. We don’t have menus, just ideas! “Cook & Carve” - We provide the Meat and a Chef, and you do the rest. “Host & Roast” – We provide the Meat ‘n machine and you take all of the credit. “Hire & Fire” – We just provide the machine and you make the Bacon! (Ideal for those sports clubs on a budget)!
We are already taking bookings for Halloween and Firework Parties and end of year Sports awards presentations, but nothing yet for New Year’s Celebrations so get organising quick!
